We will pay you $1700 monthly for your salary and $400 weekly for your pocket money incase you have any other things to get for your self. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom why the kids have their own bedroom and bathroom. We do have any pets and we do not smoke. We need an au pair to start with us in January or February and stay until at least July. We are a fun young family looking for a kind hearted fun au pair to mix in with our family. If you are interested and would consider being our au pair please contact us. We need someone to take care of our kids whilst we are out at work during the week. They are aged 3 & 6 yr old and both go to school. We also have 2 dogs and 2 cats so animal lover essential. When the kids are at school we need someone to do a bit of house work. The evenings and weekends would be yours, whether it be joining in with the family or doing your own thing. We only go out once or twice every couple of months, so we will rarely require you in the evenings. There is a car for your use when we are not at work. You need to be able to become a part of the family and treat it as your own home. We want someone who wants to be a part of the family and not just here for the job. We are a relaxed and easy going family who takes things as they come. Dad is away a lot with work so the week days are just me and the kids. So I really enjoy the girlie company also. As a family we all have different interests from playing the piano, swimming, trying to play guitar, reading, finding worms, scuba diving in the summer months, painting, enjoying the outdoors with the dogs, cooking, watching a good movie, splashing in puddles, Xbox and spending time as a family. We have 2 large dogs who as every much part of the family, so animal lover is essential. We want a lovely person who is trustworthy and fun to come and join in with family life here. We have had 4 au pairs for the last 3 years and they have all been a big part of the family Primary responsibility is caring for two small girls, ages 3 and 6. 6 year old is in school majority of the day (Kindergarten). Duties include basic care of children - feeding, playing, etc. Two small dogs will require to be let out a few times daily. Light housekeeping for the children's common areas (bedrooms and playroom) just to keep clean and tidy and meal preparation/clean up in kitchen after eating etc.We are really looking forward to having an Au Pair so we can bring new traditions into our home and introduce other cultures to our children. We love learning new things, and I know that our whole family will enjoy having someone from another country in our home. We also hope to be able to teach our Au Pair something about American and Jewish life and help to improve her English. We are so excited to be able to have this opportunity, and we are eager to meet you!. Kate and Lizzy are two kids and are the cutest kids you'll ever see! They are both very good-natured, eat well and sleep well. They love to play and explore everything.
Looking forward to hearing from a fun person wanting to join our family. Pls kindly write me back to me email address [email protected]

and the second one what I've got a bit later :

Hello,
Thanks for the swift response, am very happy to hear from you, and also want you to know that this job is yours and thanks for the interest in my family, I will like to see your Curriculum Vitae (CV)..Truly, I need a foreign Nanny...I knew that there are a lot of Nannies in US here but is just that i need an Nanny from outside that is caring, loving, motherly care and well determined that can take good care of my kids for me but with the recommendation from you and that is the more reason I may need you services, hopefully you will be my kid's Nanny and do according to your words. I do not play with my kids at all because they are the apples of my eyes, I worked because of them and I can pay so much on them. My advice to you is that you make all the expenses to reach here in United State and i shall be responsible for refund for every expenses made by you immediately you get here because why I said so is that I have paid for 2 Nannies in the past months
which they did not come to my home but went to somewhere else and that is why I vowed that any Nannies that I will employ, will make all expenses by himself/herself ,just for me to be sure that you will not do like the past Nannies and you are ready to work with my family here in U..S because I do not want someone who do not care about kids because I cherish my kids a lot. Don't worry about the United State, it's a nice place to stay and which I hope you will enjoy staying here with my family and you will have the access to internet In fact I have a personal PC at home for myself but my kids usually play games on their own PC, I will get you a computer to start using for your own use. All expenses made by you will be refunded immediately you get here. The travel agency will get visa for you.. What you have to do now is to contact the travel agent below here in U.S so that they can make the arrangement for your coming over via the information you will be
needing to provide them below:
Contact :ART OF TRAVEL CARE
Email: [email protected]
Contact the Travel Agent and make inquiries about the tickets and other documents needed for your coming over from your country to the United State and get back to me via email and before applying for the visa, the documents that will be prepared by the Agent are needed at the Us Home Office here. The documents have to be done by the Agent first and for this, you have to make things faster so that your coming can be faster.
The duties I am looking for are as follows:
one-Supervise breakfast with the children in the morning and get them off to school (Collect my 2KIDS from school at 3.40pm.)
2-Some Housework/washing/ironing as required on a daily basis
3-Supervise homework, music practice and fun activities or take children to after school activities. Four-Prepare and cook an evening meal for everyone at about 6.30-6.45 Up to two evening's child minding per week.
5-Weekends and Bank holidays would be free that there will not be many duties to carry out.
6-Occasional weekend work would be offered by prior negotiation.
I normally leave for work at 7.00am and get back at around 6.30pm although some flexibility is useful. I am offering a live in position with full board (we eat well in this house!) 1-Separate Toilet and Bathroom. 2-TV, different type of video machines. 3-Personal computer already Internet on. e.g. for you and I will make sure everything goes on well with you with my kids. Kindly send the copy of your international passport to the travel agency so they can apply for visa and the travel agent will be handling the ticket and the other documents. If you don't mind i can arrange for your any language school There is nothing to worry about all you have to do is contact the travel agency below this mail and make inquiries for your visa and things needed by you that will make you eligible to work here perfectly without disturbance.Pls kindly know that this travel agency are going to process your visa fast so kindly get in touch with them now and get back to me in time. And also want you to know that am okay for you to come to our family that period of time you said you are going to come also know that we live around 10734 Stonebridge Blvd, Boca Raton, Fl.Pls kindly ignore any other family that contact you and let them know that you have already found your new host family and also try your best and delete or remove your profile from the AUPAIR website so that any other family cant able to contact you, because me and my kids cant wait to see you here in our family.

Hi Katia

Welcome to Scamwarners.

I need to get to work so only have a moment, I had a look at those emails and didn't have to look far to know its a scam.

Please ignore all emails from this person, do not reply.

Myself or one of the other support team members can point out why its a scam a little later so please hang around a while and read through our employment scams forum where you will find other examples of aupair scams and some great information about what to look out for.

It's certainly a scam. Once you have seen a few of them, you can see how the all resemble each other. There's the references to the "United State", not the "United States". And they all mention a Travel Agent with a free email address, live.com, in this case.
Travel agents don't supply visas. You'd need to go to the American embassy in your own country for this.
I'm a bit puzzled to the reference to you starting work in January or February as it's nearly March. How long have you been in touch with this scammer?

The scammer had probably been sending his emails to a lot of people for a while, and forgotten to update them. I was a bit worried it had passed the stage of you sending him money.
Your English is good. Much better than my [insert your native language here]. :)
