It is another scam, by an African scammer.

It is important to understand that UK only allows au pairs from a few countries. If you are not from EU or one of the countries on the list for UK here: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/working/tier5/youthmobilityscheme/
then you cannot be an au pair in UK, and any UK offers you receive will be scams.
