Another potential scammer,on Facebook?!

Hello!this time I've been contacted from him or her directly on Facebook, he told me that he found my profile on easyaupair.com and then on Facebook, but how can this thing be possilbe?!I've looked and on easyaupair, I've written only "Irene", without the surname,my email for FB is different from the one I use on that website...?!?
In any case he wrote me:
Dear IRENE
How are you doing? Firstly i will love to express my interest you and i want to let you know that i want you to be employed as my Au-pair, My name is Joe Anderson and i currently reside here in London with my family. I will truly need your services here as an Au-pair for my kids and will be very glad for us to know each other better first.I found your profile from www.easyaupair.com and i will be so happy to have you as my Au- pair here in the UK. the family will take care of everything concerning your flight and travel expenses. I will also love to have a Skype conversation with you as that is very important to me and the family you can write me through my email [email protected].
My Skype name is (paulgrimes08). I really hope to have your reply soon and also your photos/C.V so we can discuss further patterning to the job.Have a nice time.

Why he tell me that his or her name is Joe and after he-she sign like Paul?!I asked him how he could find me on easyaupair and he simply explain me:

The writing is that of a West African, not a Londoner, and shows an additional trait found in scam scripts.

You would be well served by simply severing all contact with the tosspot trickster. Please do not confront the scammer, is better if you cease all contact with immediate effect.

Thank you very much!to explainn how he find me on FB he told me: " i cant search only irene it will show only pages not , people okay, for facebook to show results for people it has to be a surname and middle name okay....for you to search for one on facebook it has to be surname and another name okay, if i search only irene i will not see peolple i will only see pages okay. i saw your names which i used in getting you on facebook", it doesn't make sense to me! ah,moreover he told me also that

Not really familiar with fb but I would assume doing a search of only someones christian name would be too broader range on which to look? Is like you walking into a building where 1000 people work and you say to the receptionist "I want to speak with John" There would be dozens of people with that name. Which one of them? (If that makes sense?) The scammer has seen your name from somewhere which is why you were targetted.
