This is not a genuine childcare opportunity; it is a scam.
The scammer has tried to disguise the fact that he is using a telephone number beginning +4470. All telephone numbers which begin +4470 are redirect numbers, redirecting all calls to a mobile phone almost anywhere in the world, including to Nigeria, where the majority of au pair/nanny scammers are really located.
