Welcome to Scamwarners vedette26 and yes, it is definitely a scam.

The style of wording and facts are completely wrong for someone who claims to be British. They can't spell either and someone who can afford an au pair will usually be well-educated.

The title attorney is familiar to people in the UK but it's not a title we use and one isn't used to arrange visas, which the person travelling has to arrange with the UK Embassy in the traveller's home country.

Are you Polish ? If you are, you don't need a visa to visit or work in the UK.

The scammer is just trying to devise a reason to steal money from you. Eventually he will ask you to pay money to him or a friend by Western Union which is not how any official body receives money in the UK.

CAR ADVERTS - If a car seller mentions escrow - he's scamming you Never ever for any reason pay anything until you have seen and inspected the vehicle
