I talked to the so called Dr. Alexendet churchill in skype for like an hour. His english seemed to be perfect. For a while I thoughtnit was genuine. I even questioned him if it was an scam but i was convinced by saying that the family is genuine and had directly contacted with the easyaupair administrative and got my profile recommended. How can a website be so negligent and not care about the applicants. The number he gave me was something like +44 70...... And i thought it was a scam but when I receive a totally indiffrent email even after chatting in skype for an hour, the email was so like indifferent and totally on a diffrent format, i realized it was a scam. And after i got the lawyer id and blablabla i thought of checking this email. And found it out as a scam email of lawyer. I don't know what to do.

@snehagtm

It is 100% scam. It is best to ignore them now. The scammer and the fake lawyer are the same person or group of scammers.

The email address the fake lawyer is using is not associated with any Law Firm. It is a free email address provider that you and I can get. The phone number is a re-direct number. Which mean the scammer is pretending to be in the UK. This re-direct number can be answered anywhere in the world.

The writing of the scammer indicates West African or Malaysia.

Please post the complete phone number the scammer used.

Please contacta moferatorstor if you have a question or information about this post.

Please do not tell the scammer he is posted here.

+447031995793 is a redirect number to West Africa/Nigeria. Confirmed scammer. I posted the information about this scammer to your other posting. The website easyaupair only collects advertisements data from users who pay for access to it. They don't play any part in what people advertise and recommend nothing and no one. They will delete scammer adverts if reported to them. Regard the site as advertising posted by you and different people, it is nothing more than that.
Your post.

You need to publish the email it was sent from and the header. I would say the person /scammer had themselves deleted for scamming and your contact is off site and fake. The letter you have looks like African English and the confirmation that it is DR Churchill only reinforces my view it's a scam. If the easy aupair email address has the website domain such as [email protected] it is real but anything else is fake such as [email protected].
I can however assure you it is a lie when you read the terms of service.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. The owners and webmaster for this site do not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the profiles and individual information here, nor do we warranty, nor do we imply any merchantability of the products or services offered. The information on these pages should be acted upon at the member's sole risk.

In short they guarantee nothing and it's all at your own risk. They will NEVER recommend or endorse anyone or anything. Below it says that all they provide is a means of contact so it is up to you to verify what they have registered in their data base (Which in this case is what the scammer has submitted.)

7.3. All fees are for the contact information of au pair or families, this is not an employment fee, and stated again we are not an Au Pair Agency in the classical sense nor are we an employment agency.

7.4. Thus "Easy Au Pair" only allows the use of the data base by its registered users. The use of the data base can be connected with certain conditions, i.e. check of the registration data as well as the contact and address data.

The outcome is you are dealing with a scammer and 100% certainty.
The scammer has seduced you off site, floods you with lies, and intends to work on you where where he thinks you have no protection - except you do and it comes from Scamwarners
Please publish any email addresses you have to help warn others. Please don't tell scammer anything and just vanish. You may get other similar attempts.
