ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD

The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 60 consecutive months; 1 year and could be renewed based on employee's satisfactory services to the Family.

ARTICLE 2: SALARY
CLIFFORD HENRY FAMILY shall pay Employee a starting salary on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of (4,500GBP)Four thousand five hundred GBP Basic (Tax exclusive) MONTHLY. I.e. After Tax deduction. 50% paid into an offshore account to be provided by employee with the remaining 50% paid locally in UK. This is in line with the UK Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws to enable the employee clear up his domestic needs before job commencement.


Employer shall take care of employees' air ticket including valid UK entry Visa/Work Permit papers including the employee's International Work Certificate and other traveling supporting document.
ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.

CLIFFORD HENRY FAMILY hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at CLIFFORD HENRY FAMILY discretion from time to time.

ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to CLIFFORD HENRY FAMILY.

The Employee will devote full time, attention and energies to CLIFFORD HENRY FAMILY and during this employment the employee; will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of taking care of the employer's son.

ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.

Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and CLIFFORD HENRY FAMILY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.


ARTICLE 6: Disability.

In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, CLIFFORD HENRY FAMILY may terminate the Employee’s employment, and CLIFFORD HENRY FAMILY obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.

Without cause CLIFFORD HENRY FAMILY may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6days' written notice to the Employee, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition,CLIFFORD HENRY FAMILY will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6days' written notice to the Employer. ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.

It is a scam. There is no doubt about that.

-The English tells me the author is African, not British.
-There are no such things as Certificate Attestation and Affidavits of Guaranty and Trust. These are inventions of scammers, created as an excuse to steal your money..
-Phone numbers starting with 4470 are not real UK phone numbers. They are redirect phone numbers that can be forwarded to phones anywhere in the world. They are used by scammers who are pretending to be in UK when they are not.

Do not worry that you have sent the scammers your photos. They have most likely received hundreds of photos from others they have tried to scam, and they can pull photos of thousands of people from Facebook and Myspace. There is no reason that you should be concerned.

Ive received the same email from clifford henry.Yes he is a.scammer.so dont waste your time in believing for what he is saying..

Yes, as previously stated those pesky phone numbers beginning with 4470 are an indication of a scam.
viewtopic.php?f=26&t=13567 is an earlier posting that better describes these numbers.

And what do you think about this? Is it also a scam? They said they found me at aupair.com and they sent me a message on my mobile phone (?) their number was +13 (I don't know what country has this prefix..I couldn't find that information) They asked me to send to them email and they offered to send me their profile then. So this is this profile (but also they didn't send me link to aupair.com - only copy of information) It's also strange. And money - I was an aupair in the UK and nobody had pocket money like they offer, including me. I said to them - please give me ID of your profile at aupair.com and we can talk via skype - it's more comfortable. We' ll see.

Family Description
We are a fun loving British family currently living in New York city but we will be relocating to Southampton, Hampshire soon and we need an aupair/nanny that can take good care of our only child with little or no supervision.
we hope to move to our new home in Lodge Rd, Southampton in 2 weeks as soon as we confirm your commitment to work as the next aupair in my family.
We are looking for someone very friendly who is prepared to be part of our family and look after our child appropriately when we get to Southampton. Your main task will be to care for our adorable Child, Dan who is 5 years old. Occasionally you will do light household work like cleaning and ironing. You will take Dan to and from Kindergarten and also to play dates.
He would be at nursery for 4 mornings per week at least in the beginning but this will be reviewed.
Dan is easy going and only grumpy when tired. At the same time he needs a lot of attention. Although most of the time he is calm but he can be tricky and he always needs someone to say no whenever he's wrong.
Dan will be going to Kindy 4 days a week from 8.45am to 1pm and some days you will need to pick him up or drop his off. We will know my roster about 1-2 weeks in advance so we can plan ahead. The only light housework you will be expected to do is vacuuming dining/lounge/hallway/Dan's room once a week and clean the bathroom once a fortnight and i will do it the other week. You would need to tidy up after making yourself or Dan a snack and if I cook dinner which seems to be most nights then you would do the dishes. I'd be totally happy if you want to share the cooking and obviously I would do the dishes if you cook dinner.
You would be working approximately 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday with weekends off and we hope to pay £12 hourly plus bus ticket worth £67 weekly and we will also provide you with a mobile phone with some inclusive minutes each month and the rest would be your responsibility. We also hope to provide you access to our cars if you have driving experience but not all the time.
We have already secured a home in Lodge Road, Southampton and all other living arrangement are also intact at the moment and we hope to arrive in Southampton at any date from now.
Your duties which we expect you to discharge perfectly are Getting Dan out of bed for a 10 minutes morning exercise by 8am. Getting Dan dressed in the morning. Supervising his breakfast and lunch plus morning and afternoon snacks. Playing with him (age appropriate) to insure at least 60 minutes of exercise (can be split throughout the day). Doing education, crafts& activities with him (age appropriate). Ensuring his optimal health and safety during your care. Keeping his room clean and organized. Doing laundry if necessary. Taking him to and from school and activities. Supervising play dates.

The only 13 (013)phone prefix I can see is from NetVision out of Israel but unclear if a scam is originating from there?
Have a look on viewtopic.php?f=42&p=172671 and scroll down the page a wee way to the post dated 09 April 2013. Take notice of the Family Description part. Does it look familiar? It looks almost word for word doesn't it?
You would be well advised to simply cease communications with the scammer.

I'm in shock, because I was an au pair few times (2007,2008,2009) and I've never had a contact with scammers...and now...there is not normal family at all only scammers. OMG.
