TERMS AND CONDITION OF THE JOB


Candidates position of an (Care-Giver Au pair/Nanny/Housekeeper/Driver) valid for a maximum period of 3 years and above.

Candidate are expected to work for approximately 40 hours per week (8hours/day Monday to Friday). Every weekend, will be spent with your family or anywhere as you would have the weekends off.

The terms and conditions of the job are as follows:

WORKING HOURS:

*Your working days are Monday through Friday ,while Saturday and Sunday are your off days

*You will be required and expected to work for approximately 40 hours per week (8 hours/day Monday to Friday). Every weekend, will be spent with your family or anywhere as you would have the weekends off.


SALARY/WAGES ARE BELOW:

AU PAIR/NANNY: £2,000 Weekly (weekly allowance £500)
DRIVER: £3,000 Weekly (weekly allowance £500)
CAREGIVER: £3,000 Weekly (weekly allowance £500)
HOUSE SITTER: £3,000 Weekly (weekly allowance £500)

*Your performance will be reviewed periodically and your we shall make an adjustments to your salary as it sees fit. Additional hours (Overtime) will be paid at a rate that we may agree between ourselves from time to time. it equivalent to


START Date and Period of Employment:

*You are expected to resume duty as soon as you arrive here.
* You are expected to be a good and reliable worker.

DISCIPLINE:

Reasons which could give rise to disciplinary measures are as follows:

(1 Causing a disruptive influence in the HOME is prohibited.

(2) Job incompetence is not allowed.

(3) Conduct during or outside working hours prejudicial to my interests..

(4) Unreliability in time keeping or attendance.

(5) Failure to comply with our reasonable instructions or procedures.

(6) Theft or other dishonest offenses will be dealt with.

(7) Drunkenness not allowed.

(8) Illegal drug taking prohibited.

(9) Child abuse or neglect highly prohibited.


NOTE: That any Activities of improper conduct will also be our concern too, you will be highly required to be of your best behavior (in or outside) as you work for us to protect our good name.

TRAVEL PROCESSING EXPENSES:

*You are expected to shoulder the processing for your visa and other necessary legal documents needed for your arrival.

*The host family is ready to shoulder 50% percent part of your travel fee for your convenience


ACCOMMODATION/FEEDING:
You shall have a big room, huge, and has a double bed, with sitting area and TV/DVD/Video/Hifi. There is also a wireless broadband internet in the house!!Do well to send us your references or resume, and we would get in touch with them.We shall discuss travel arrangements in due course of which I would be of generous assistance to you.

*As for your Accommodation and feeding free,

Another opening email that the scammer sends

We are looking for someone to get the children ready in the morning,prepare and clear up the family's breakfast, make the beds,and take the children to school, which is about a 1.5km walk away. The Au
pair would then need to pick them up at 3.20 and look after them until we get home. We will ask the Nursing assistance/Au pair to babysit 1-2 evenings a week.

We have a really great cleaner, so there wouldn't be any heavy housework.There is a bit of light cleaning and laundry which would take about 90 minutes a day in total.There would be plenty of time
free in the day to go to language school, and there are a lot of good ones in the area.How does the Nursing assistance/Au pair live:The Nursing assistance/Au pair would have her own room, which is huge, and
has a double bed, with sitting area and TV/DVD/Video/Hi fi.There is wireless broadband internet in the house.

Working hours:07.30 to 09.00 and 1520 to 1930Plus about 60-90 minutes of housework a day to fit in with the Au pair's schedule. 25-30 hours a week

Benefit: I will like you to know that i will be paying you 2000 POUNDS for every week and a pocket money of 500 POUNDS per week for the buying of some things for your self and i will also be responsible for some of the funds for your traveling documents.
