Scams offering fake Au Pair positions

This is a fake au pair job scam. There is no job, just a scammer looking to steal your money.

Dearest Aupair ,
How are you doing today? Hope fine. I will start by introducing myself, I am Engr. Charles Stanley; I work with Kier Group Construction Company and live here in UK with my wife a nurse and a child. We need an Aupair assistance for the due care of our son Jeff, please indicate your interest by writing us back with your updated resume and recent pictures for more communication on this job offer.

I ask that all rooms be kept tidy and that friends staying over should only do so with my permission.
