This email was sent by a scammer who is pretending to be from The UK.
The phone number provided is a UK redirect number which can be set up from anywhere in the world, calls to these numbers can be forwarded to any phone anywhere and it helps scammers from Africa to appear to be in The UK.
People who actually were in the UK would have no reason to use one of these numbers, to a scammer sitting in an African internet cafe however, its a different matter.
Its a scam, please do not reply
