I want you to bear in mind that as we are the mediator to close the investment deal to your favor, we are not asking you for an upfront 1% commission, as it is the private investor’s agreement to pay us separately from his own funds for our services rendered. In most cases the interest rate is normally not more than 5%, and we are not talking about a 5% yearly reimbursement, but rather after a total period of
3years is when you are deemed to commence gradual full payback of the investment funds. If for example it's $250,000 you loan, you will then start to payback the $250,000 with an additional 5% interest rate. So that is how the scope of this investment program works.

We also through our Financial Experts and Investors arrange funding into viable projects via Direct Loan and Bank Instruments and Cash Funds with soft repayment terms of minimum (2)year moratorium or more based on your proposal at Single Digit Fixed Interest Rate as mentioned above; 40% Income-Generating Projects are accepted; On property 45% LTV is obtainable through secured or unsecured loan funding.

Our corporate focus is on the emerging markets of Africa, Central & South America and the Middle East as well as the transition economies of Eastern Europe and Asia but not limited to Australia, EU, Canada;
USA.
