Received an email with only a link a few years back.

So in 2013, I received an email from a friend with only this link in it:
http://scfulfil. com/ajif/r82vmw/h4b nhlgl/lhz/qh0qhz <disabled link to prevent clicking MW>

Til this day I haven't opened it because I'm afraid it's a virus.

I've researched the domain and apparently it's fairly safe but I'm not an expert, so please help me out!

Why didn't you ask your friend why they sent it? .

Legitimate people/businesses do not send emails with just links in them, so it is almost certainly a phishing/malware link - just delete the email.

Except this person is the type of person to send only a link in an email Dx
And we don't talk anymore :c I did ask if it was a spam email, but they never responded.

According to VirusTotal.com and URLVoid.com - that site has been reported as being a malicious website. I would stay away from it. Why would you suddenly be interested in the link after two years?
