Scope: Manufacture and supply of below product:

We would work as your local agent and business facilitator and we shall be entitled to 2% of total invoice value as our working commission which you will pay into my account after the deal is successfully achieved and if this is agreed upon, we together with the contacts we had successfully built over the years with some strong members of the Tender Committee will do our best in securing the contract in your company's favor for our mutual benefits. The project will run for 12 months subject to renewal for another financial year. It would interest you to know that other companies are also participating in the bid.
The payment terms is 80% T/T pre-payment with order and 20% balance before shipment to any company that wins the contract, therefore we would appreciate if you can confirm your willingness in working with us and also giving us the commission after the contract has been secured with our efforts.
In effect to the above, quickly send us the current price lists of the above selected products with specifications. We shall at the same time submit them for approval to the Buyer's Office.
