It wasn't written by anyone fluent in English . Also the hearing impaired and being hospitalized claims are known scammer tactics . I think it will turn out to be a money mule scam .

My guess is he would use stolen credit card numbers and than have you send part of the money via western union or some other untraceable method .

Meet your potential home improvement customers in person , not via email .

It was written by someone who is quite obviously a Niger-Congo speaker. If he claims to be anywhere other than sub-Saharan Africa, it is certainly a scam. He claims to be hearing impaired because his accent would give him away.

This is a common scam where they want to pre pay with a stolen credit card. He will have some reason why he needs you to receive an overpayment and send money to a third party via Western Union or Money Gram.

He hopes to collect the money before you discover the card is stolen.

It is ALWAYS a scam
If the pet seller or shipper asks for money to be sent via Western Union, Money Gram, any brand of gift card. Walmart To Walmart , Zelle , PayPal friends and family option, or mentions Cameroon

Anytime anyone asks you to split charges over one card, it is a scam. There are (rare but) legitimate reasons to split charges over more than one card, but if he asks you to charge part to a card and then part to the same card, it is always a scam.

Basic rule. If he can pay you then he can pay anyone else.

Never send money via Western Union, Money gram or Bank Transfer that you have not met face to face.

Verify any emails you receive from friends and family stranded in other countries Do not reply to the email call that persons family and inquire.

Please contacta moferatorstor if you have a question or information about this post.
