The phone numbers beginning +44-702 are redirects to wherever the scammer is, which is probably West Africa, judging by his writing. Please post the email he sent, including complete headers. If he replied to a message you sent, post the message you sent and his reply, both with complete headers. We need the headers to kill the domain, since it's email-only.
