It is good for the referral and i do appreciate that he recommended me for this process. This shows that somewhere along the line we have been doing a great job. Please i will like to know what type of closing you require in Thailand?
Although here is an official quote to process business license in Thailand. $3,470 as consultation fee. This is supposed to be an hourly fee. But considering the circumstance we shall charge this as a one time fee. If we are to begin the process of business registration as you requested, we will need to begin at once as it takes between 1-3 working days mostly to be ready. The amount for business registration would be $6,971.70. I will also like to review any documents you may have relating to the intended business transaction. Like contract agreement, your full business data and your investors details as well for due diligence.

· Incorporation Documents: $414.55
· License Government Fees for Foreign Business License: $6,971.70
Our Professional Incorporation and Coordination fees are based on the degree of responsibility, skill involved and the time necessarily occupied on the work. Based on our understanding of the scope of work required to be performed, our proposed fee for the Professional Services including PRO services shall be as follows:
$3,470 including the business registration fee of $6,971.70 and license Document fee of $414.55 be paid as an advance payment upon acknowledgement of our professional service to represent you with the registration and final closing, to begin processing at once.
The total fees in US dollars and Thai Baht is as stated below
($10,855.5 USD or 389395.99 Thai Baht)
