I got one of these emails for my scentsy products. When I dug into it, the email used was legit but for someone else and the names that were used were from people who were deceased or real people in Australian not in California. Thought it sounded fishy, so my advice look up names they send and google them and look up emails and phone numbers if you can. If they are asking to send stuff through a shipper and you have a website- ask why? Especially when on your website they can look at products and get shipping info.
