Conditions and Terms

As per a long term business transaction between our two groups. Also we want to specifically state that Buyer comes to Ghana to meet Seller to inspect and test the Gold before shipment of the product to Buyer's destination accompanied by Seller. Also Buyer is obliged to send an Invitation Letter for two Persons from our company to acquire Visas to accompany the product to Buyer's destination.

PAYMENT 10% down payment including shipment cost Documentation and all relevant Government taxes before shipment of product to Buyer's destination Final payment to be made to Seller upon delivery of the product at Buyer's destination.
