Dear Customer,
The delivery service couldn’t deliver your package.
The package weight exceeds the allowable free-delivery limit.
You have to receive your packagen personally.
Print out the "Invoice Copy" attached and collect the package at our office.
Please read carefully the attached information before receiving your package.

The attachment was a zip file containing a "keylogger" which would then install itself on the victim's computer and record every keystroke for transmittal back to a scammer. The thief would then extract passwords, financial information, and other private data.
The "tracking number" referenced in the subject is not even in Fedex format. Real Fedex tracking numbers have 12 digits.
