I have no doubts that this is scam. The question is what will happen next?

This scammer uses stolen credit card details to place an order. Then he asks you to accept more funds than the order is worth and to send the excess (usually by Western Union) to his shipper. This scam may also be carried out using fake cheques/money orders.

The payment may go through but will be cancelled as soon as the card company realise that it's stolen.
You are left out of pocket because you paid the funds to the alleged shipper.
