See below emails - he requested repairs to his car. When I told him to call, he said he was hearing impaired. When I did not immediately reply, he called me through the Hearing Impaired Relay Service! Can you beleive the lengths these people will go to!

Thanks for the mail, I have all the information now, the name of person who recommend you to me is called Jack so said i dont know is surname cos he is a new friend i just met here, the car will be transport to your workshop on (1st of October) from tow agent garage in Western Australia. I am hearing Impaired this is the best way i can communicate. I will need a little favor from you cos i have not paid the towing agent that will deliver my car, I will be giving you my credit card now to put through for an amount of $1550 and you keep $200 as deposit to confirm booking and have the remaining $1350 send to the tower via western union money transfer as they receive payment upfront, so they can have my car transport down here for work to be done. i wish to pay them directly but i am at the hospital right now, will undergo a surgery soon for my hearing disabilities and i need the car immediately i am through with the surgery, also the tow agent does not accept credit card for payment that is why i want you to assist me with this. and you can charge all expenses on my credit card while i give it to you now and are you ready to take my credit card and take care of everything for me?

Thanks for getting back to me...i am so much happy that you can fix my car..cos a new friend of mine told me about your mech workshop that you do good work, that was the main reason why i have to contact you for this Job......would like to know if you are the owner and a name the tow guy will ask off when he comes to deliver the car.

I have just moved from WA to NSW, and i need my car down here NSW....the car is in my formal home in Lynhood, WA and i have make an arrangement with the tow agent that will bring the car from my formal house for the repair to your workshop.
Let me know if you can handle the order and i will be paying with my credit card so what type of credit card do you accept for payment.I will need your store address for the tow agent to locate your shop and also when do you want them to deliver the car.
I await your quick and urgent response.
