This scammer uses stolen credit card details in order to book a room. He will ask to be charged in excess and then ask you to send the overpayment via cash transfer to his agent.
He claims that he is doing this as he doesn't want to divulge his credit card details to too many people.
The scammer also plays the role of "agent" and will collect your money. There will be no return of your funds!
