Before i will give you my Credit Card Details to run for my order i want you to know that am ok with the total cost and i will make full payment now for my order now with my credit card and i have a private Courier that will be coming for the pick up at your Kitchen once its ready also i will be needing a favor from you due to my physical disability of diagnosis of cancer of the lungs i would like to know if you can co-ordinate payment for the Courier because he does not accept credit cards while you charge both fees on my card right now for an approval ?

I would like you to add an extra $820 to the total price of the order so that you can have all that charged on my credit card now and you will have the $820 send to the courier in cash via western union money transfer for him to be able to come for the food and pick up of the food with a van and i want you to add the western union charges as well which is $100 and also add a tip of $80 for helping me with this so can you add it all and let me know the grand total cost ? and i will give you my Credit Card Details to run for the total cost of the Foods and the Courier Fee with the Western union charges along with your tip ?
