Thank you for your time in reviewing my case. We and W. W Grainger, Inc entered into a contract, pursuant to which Grainger, Inc was to deliver specified products to us. The total purchase price was $2,168,280.10 and the goods were to be delivered on or before 20 November, 2014. As required by the terms of the contract, we paid 50 percent of the purchase price ($1,084,140.05) up front. Grainger subsequently failed to deliver the products. Grainger, Inc. subsequently refunded $182,000.00 to us, leaving a remaining balance owed of $902,140.05. We require a reputable firm to venture in on the grounds that we need the issue settled as quickly as time permits.
