This scammer will use stolen credit cards to purchase items. He will insist on using his shipper. The shipper is the scammer himself. He is playing all roles. When he makes the purchase with the stolen credit card he will include payment for the shipper. He will ask the business/victim to forward money to the fake shipper via Western Union, Moneygram or Bank Transfer.

Eventually the owner of the credit card will learn that they have been hacked or phished. Their bank will reverse any money sent to the business/victim.
