I'm not sure if you meant your response to be sarcasm, or a joke, or if it is a reflection of your true beliefs, but just to make sure we are all on the same page here:
The person who sent you that email does not have a car. "She" is most likely not a woman at all. The person behind the email is most likely a young adult African male. The name and address are either fake, or he copied a real person's name and address. He is posting lots of ads for items he doesn't own, with the intention of convincing people to send money in hopes of getting a "too good to be true" deal. In the end, he plans to simply steal the money and disappear.
