Western Union/PayPal Scam

We are 100% certain.

Any email address that is not on a paypal.com domain is not legitimate.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

He said i have to send 300 usd via moneygram to a shipping company before funds are in my account and email i got from paypal said dont phone our call centres and for any questions reply to this email. There is nothing in transaction history and i blocked him
