Ok, here is another one. I have been duped by this crowd. Ordered on August 31st, monies withdrawn officially from bank Sept 3rd. Started to get a little worried when I tried to call the mobile number and the vcml was a grunt. Then called back to find vcml on mobile was full and couldnt leave a message. Sent an email asking where my order was and then forgot about it all until Monday this week. Husband was home and he started to google the company and we found this forum.
So sent another email on Monday and tried mobile again. Called the house today being the 16th September and spoke to the wife who said its her husbands business and she knows nothing about it. Her name she said was Sue. So who is this LizMarie person answering all the forum queries. Sent her an email too last night but no response of course.
When the wife said I could pass on a message as he wont be home until 2.45pm, I said yes. Ask him to call me or his name and company are going to be part of Question time in the NSW Parliament.
Also we lodged a compalint with Office of Fair Trading but I havent heard from them either. I rang this morning and left a message for Vivian.
So, I will see if I get my refund sent. I know its only 3 weeks coming up but I thought I would have my items at least within 5 working days. And the thing that annoys me the most, I never get a response to the emails and messages. If this Gary McDuff took the time out to repsect his customers and give them information re delays etc then we would totally understand. But he remains faceless.
I have now had to travel many miles to the Pet shop in the next town to buy some food for my cats. So I am out of pocket even further.
