Maybe the scammer got access to the owner email and he is using it on other Amazon account. I can`t see anything wrong with that Amazon account. Either Amazon restored the account and i didn`t saw what the hacker did or the hacker is using that email on other Amazon accounts.

The one that you were not convinced had the email on the item condition note on every product. He had an inventory for 300.000 products. The text was:
