Just want to say a big thank you to the people who have been telling their petfood247 stories in these posts. My experience shows that they're not scammers, but by god they need to up their customer service. I got heavy with them fast after I read these posts and it has seemed to work. I haven't received the order as yet but they have emailed me to tell me it's been dispatched.
My order hadn't arrived after a week so I started looking into it and found this site. I emailed the following to the following email addresses:

'[email protected]'
'[email protected]'
and got a reply from the
[email protected] address saying my order had been dispatched. This is my email:
Dear Mr McDuff and staff,
I write in reference to order 5109, placed last Wednesday. The order has not yet been received.
On further investigation I have found your site is listed on
http://www.scamwarners.com, primarily for poor customer service.
If you cannot dispatch the order within 24 hours, please cancel my order and refund the $162.23 debited from my credit card on 12/5/10.
Please either email confirmation of dispatch within 24 hours or confirmation of a refund, or I will lodge a dispute with my bank. I will also contact the Department of Fair Trading in NSW and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and the Australasian Consumer Fraud Taskforce, as well as ASIC.
Please be warned: I have been duped by online companies before and I will not waste time waiting for you to respond beyond 24 hours.
