is this a scam?

i also received the same message just like the others about buying a second hand car..

but the only difference is he ask me to deposit the money in the money gram but not in the name of the car owner which is now in france.
this is his message..

how to prove that the money is ready?

tomorrow morning you will already prepare the cash of the
payment in your hand and procced to the proof
at Money gram so that i can reach your
home tomorrow in the afternoon.what i mean by proof is that
before i put the car in shipping you will make me sure
that you are legal buyer since there are many bogus
buyer who fool us upon the delivery after checking the
car. It is for this reason we don't agree to deliver any Unit
without a receipt of Money gram It is this receipt which
make us sure that the one to whom we are going to deliver will
procced to the payment if it suit him or her.So once you have
the money at your hand you will go at Money gram and make a transfert to France in any name of choice not in Mr Maguet name to secure your cash.you will not first deposit the money to Maguet name
.you will choose any name of your choice and make the deposit in that name to secure your money. to be sure that nobody will not be able to touch the payment before your last decision
in a deposit at Money gram there are two part.the sender part
and the receiver part.you are the sender and Mr Maguet is the
receiver.So to secure your money until your last decision,Mr Maguet
will not be the first receiver,you will choose one of your related and use his name first as the receiver.you can use your father name as you can also use your brother name then after closing the deal at your home you will go edit that name you have choosed by Mr Maguet name now so that he can be able to touch his payment there.
About the charge of Money gram,it will be in Mr Maguet
charge so it will be deducted from the money.

1-i'm not asking u to deposit in my name; u can even fill ur brother.father
or brother in law name as recipient

2-you will not give the Reference # code

3-i will pay for the charge you will use to deposit the money
before going back with the car in case u will not like my car i say
this coz i trust the car and i know that u will surely like my car

Yes, this is a scam. It is ALWAYS a scam when they ask you to use Money Gram. The scammers only need the control number to collect the money. The name that you put on the transfer does not matter.
Never send any money for a auto that you have not seen or inspected in person.

Please post the emails with the payment information including the email address and telephone number if any.

when i read the other experiencing the same like mine. it always appears that the owner of the car is now in france... this is why i realize that it is a scam...
