Craigslist, Ebay and other online buying/selling scams.

I was rereading a screenshot receipt sent by my buyer. I realised that the upper left bar of this buyer wrote TelkomSA (he uses iphone). TelkomSA is from South Africa. This buyer claimed that he is from Malaysia but is currently now in Europe. And he also uses a Malaysia phone code number (+60). This buyer is asking me to refund him for the thing he bought as he had paid me RM500 when the original price I sell is RM38. This buyer kept rushing me to refund him by 20 minutes but then later gave me 1 hour time. I want to make sure this is not a scam. So what i really want to know that whether is it posible for a TelkomSA user use a Malaysia phone code number? Please help, thank you.

As you've already been told, it IS a scam. You need to stop all communication with them and do not refund anything. There is no deposit to your account from them, the email was spoofed. Locking this topic, if you have additional information you can post it on the other thread.
