Hi,

Thanks for being interested in buying my tractor. It is in excellent condition with no damages and no engine problems, it runs great and I have a clear title. The price is not negotiable, USD 5000 firm. The price does include shipping and insurance to your address. I will ship it via a reputable shipping company and it will take almost a week depending on your location. You have to pay 2900 down payment and the balance after you receive, inspect and agree with the item.
Let me know if you are interested.

Thanks

Your craigslist ad says you are in Carrolwood and I am in Tampa. I will not need shipping. Where are you located and when can I come and see it?

--------------------------------------------

The tractor is in Whitefish, MT.

I want to finish this deal through eBay International Trading to ensure the protection of both parties. They will hold your payment in escrow and only release it to me once you have received, inspected, and signed the transaction approval provided by eBay for the tractor. You will be allowed 3 inspection days at your address.

I will start the shipping process the same day I have received notification of the escrow payment.
The delivery process to your location will take 5-6 days.

Tell me if we can get the ball rolling and I will contact eBay regarding our transaction. After that, they will send you the information needed to begin the payment process.

Thanks

I would like to thank everyone involved on this forum and special thanks to the website for its existence.

This tractor was on Craigslist.
Here is a cut and paste of my 'tractor experience' along with the new name they are using.
I live in Alabama. They posted a tractor supposedly in the town next to mine. Once I gave my town's name, they switched locations to Whitefish, MT.

The scam return email address is: [email protected]

I then Googled 'eBay International Trading' and found this ScamWarner internet website.
I still haven't replied to the last email. Any suggestions on how to reply or report it at this point?

Welcome here LifeSupport.

I'm glad you found our site before it was too late. Best thing to do is just stop communicating with this scammer. He will drop you anyway once he knows he can't steal your money. You could report the scammer to Craigslist, but chances are he just puts up a new advert.

Being a victim doesn't mean you stand alone. We're here to help you.
