Hello all,

This is my 1st post here on scamwarners as i am hoping to share some knowledge and seek advise on subjected topic.
I have recently decided to import some computer parts from china to my country (Pakistan). I have been visiting different sellers's site (linked from made-in-china.com) i.e

http://www.usbmemory-mall.com
http://www.pccooler.cn
http://www.hi-techusb.com
http://www.lide-usb.com
http://www.baofeng-wholesal.com
http://www.hotvga.com

Seeking advise regarding above mentioned sites also.. please advise if some one knows trusted sellers of pc parts from china.. or if someone has successfully purchased items with full satisfaction or are these all sites are freaking fake and fraud

Regards,

Moatsim,

Though we deal with fake sites regularly, we are not electronics dealers here, and we cannot endorse any site. For that reason, people will be hesitant to answer any question that involves recommending dealers. That just isn't our area of focus.

Without doing a lot of in-depth checks, I can tell you from looking at the domain registrations for those sites that four of the domains were registered in 2011, and were only registered for a year. That is a very big red flag. With the number of fake Chinese electronic sites out there, I personally wouldn't touch any site without a longer history and some kind of track record.

The only sites that have been around longer than 3 months are:
http://www.hotvga.com
http://www.pccooler.cn

Google search of their names shows that those sites do appear to be authentic, though there are a few negative comments/claims of scamming about the first site.
