This is our new E-commerce payment and customer protection policy at HSBC, Which is also known as Subcomponent and Electronic payment for online transactions, Which ensures the safety of both parties (buyers and sellers) to avoid fraudulent activities .

We are hereby informing you that the funds has left the buyer's account and the funds are irreversible, however, the payment will not be available in your Bank account instantly until you have sent us a proof of postage (Shipment tracking number ) issued by Royal mail after the postage has been done through the post office.
