Craigslist, Ebay and other online buying/selling scams.

Hello,

I had a quick query. I am currently negotiating with a firm in the uk that provides a range of services including work placement opportunities. I am wondering if this site is legitimate. The web address is http://www.twinuk.com

My feeling is that it is legitimate, however I wondered what someone else thought. Most correspondence i have with them quickly results in a request to provide money. This means either they are very client driven and require the moneys to do the work I am requesting, or it means they are not client focused and trying to squeeze dollars out of me.

I am looking for them to find a work-placement for me in the UK and the price is 1000 US dollars approximately. Putting aside the question of whether that is too much $ to pay for a work placement, has anyone heard of this company as being either a legitimate provider of work placement opportunities or conversely that it is indeed a scam site.
Personally I think it is real, but I wanted someone else's advice before I Visa them what they asked for.

Many thanks in advance.

Domain Name: TWINUK.COM

The company registration numbers and VAT numbers on the site check out, so it's not a scam site. We can't endorse real businesses or say it's good value for money of course.
