Scammer actually wants your merchandise

The Scammer will send email saying that he wants to buy your 'item' and will tell you he will pay through Paypal

to let you know that I'm satisfied with the condition of the item. Like I
said I will like to purchase this item for my church as a Gift for ten years
anniversary so kindly withdraw the advert from Craigslist but i will not be
able to look at the item or pick it up from your place because i am
currently out of the state, I'm representing my company on an official trip,
You will be shipping the item to my pastor just because I'm buying the item
for church anniversary,
(1) I will like to know why you are selling this item and do you have the
receipt of the item.

(2) I will offer you $685 for the item and will also add an extra $100 to
the money so as to cover the shipping and insurance charges.

(3) I will also add an extra $20 to the money to compensate you for sealing
a deal with me.

(4) I will prefer the shipment to go through USPS (Express Mail Service Flat

Great, so kindly get back to me with your paypal email address or better still you can send me a payment money request to this same email so that i can proceed with the transfer of the funds and once you get my payment notification/confirmation email from paypal then you can proceed with the shipment..You are to shipment via the USPS EMS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL 3-5 DAYS SERVICE...

Paypal will never hold a sellers money until a shipping receipt has been provided.

Once you have shipped your merchandise, it it very hard to stop and retrieve.

Sellers should always personally verify payment before shipping merchandise
