Toby's Cars (Grand Junction, CO) Fraud/ID Theft

This is a different type of fraud with the same concept. The scam artist uses a real dealer's name and address and creates a website to make it appear they are the legitimate dealer. See the story about America Auto Sales in Memphis, TN for an example of how this scam works. In this case these guys are using the name and address of a legitimate Toby's Cars with a different phone number.

As you can see, the site was only recently registered and is only registered for 1 year.

Unfortunately, this won't be enough evidence for the site to be removed.

Do you have the details of the legitimate site for Toby's Cars? What other evidence can you provide to show this is a scam?

The problem with this one is that they are piggy backing on the name of a legitimate car dealer, so any check on them make it appear that they are legitimate.

The fact that they are hosted in the Ukraine and have copied another site is not sufficient to try and get the site closed down.

I will try and obtain some evidence.
