I have received very much the same email from ' Harry Guang ' using the email address [email protected]. I was wondering how this scam would develop since I had no intention of sending the goods without payment first. Having read the series of emails posted here, now I know how this scam will progress ... they expect you to send the payment for the freight in advance ... yeah right !

Welcome to ScamWarners . Typically, this kind of scam is an Over Payment scam. They send a check for more than the amount you agreed on and ask / require you to send the overage to them by Western Union or some other cash money transfer system.

The check is actually a forgery and once your bank realized it was a forged check, and you will be left trying to explain what happened. You will be out all of the money you send plus any fees and possible criminal charges the bank or police may come up with.

It is best to just drop communication with a scammer once you realize you are dealing with a scammer. Nothing good will come from it.
