if i'm trying to buy something on line and the seller asks for your name, number and address, is this enough information to get scammed? or do they still need bank accounts, credit cards, ect??? :? :? :?

Name, number and address are not enough to steal from you. Even if you inadvertently provide that information to a scammer, you will be fine.
