2nd reply after I asked him about shipping to Florida from Arizona ,cheap shipping.!!!!

Shipping to Miami, FL will cost you an extra $400. The transaction will be made through eBillme to make sure we are handling this safely. I will try to explain you in few words how the process works. The payment will be made to eBillme and they will hold the payment until you will receive and approve the tractor. Only after you receive, inspect and approve the Kubota and make sure everything is as agreed they will forward the payment to me. So, this is not a blind transaction.
If you are ok with this please provide me with your full name and shipping address to start the transaction.

Sincerely,
   Paul

My reply to him was that I will come and inspect tractor at my expense and pay cash, haven't heard from him since.

John,
At least his grammar is better than most scammers, but sticking that on a lowboy and hauling it from
Arizona to Florida cost a lot more than $400. I have a class A CDL and I wouldn't make the trip for
less than 2 grand. :)
