Total Scam - got the name of website from Craigslist, should have known better! Bought Rosetta Stone German and it is a total fake!!!! Called Rosetta Stone and they confirmed it is a non-working fraud. I have been trying to get in touch with LuckyDogShops customer service - no contact at all!

If the password that you used to sign up on the website is the password that you normally use for your eamil account go and change your password now.
www.LuckyDogShops.com are hiding their true location with no contact telephone number or physical address provided. Additionally the emails are from an automated system which also hides thier true location.

The only other advice is to contact your credit card provider and dispute the charges.
