Craigslist, Ebay and other online buying/selling scams.

Against much advice from my friends, I ordered my wedding dress from www.alluregown.com Please beware that this online seller completely misrepresents their products online; they do not have a phone number in which you can contact them, and all of their products are made and ship from China.

They have a 3rd party hosted website, so there is no way for you to tell where they are located at, and again, there is NO CONTACT INFORMATION for them.

My wedding dress did NOT ship within the 15-30 days, as their web site guarantees. The seller would not respond to my emails. Once they finally did ship the dress, the lied about when it was shipped by purchasing postage online, and not actually delivering it to USPS for several days thereafter. So... the dress FINALLY arrived, and it was not at all like the one I had purchased on line. It was completely different, and the workmanship on the seams, etc., was horrid! It looked as if they literally took lace remnants and sewed them together for the neckline. Unbelievable!

I hope my posting will help someone else avoid the extreme frustration and disappointment I experienced with Allure Gown.

Thank you.
