Cars IW takes a different twist on the typical auto scam. You don't call them to order. Your register on their site and they contact you for payment (bank wire transfer only). They then "ship" the non-existent car to you. They are a fraud. This was the same technique used by uvehicles.net (Sidney, NE) which is no longer operational.
