DJ Enterprise Ltd scam or not?

Hello everyone,
I wanted to ask you if http://djenterprisesltd.webs.com is a scam? I wanted to buy few pioneer equipment and on this site they are really cheap so im wondering if it is a scam..?

A free website full of red flags that only does business by wire transfer...Hmmm. I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.

A company that has been a "leading exporter" for more than 15 years certainly should not have a free website from webs.com!

A quick search on their testimonials shows the exact same line just happens to be on multiple disreputable sites:

Yeah I found out later for testimonials searching via Google Images..
Also somebody told me to buy (expensive) gear only from certified dealers..
