This guy originally contacted me via phone text message with his personal email. He had me going for quite awhile, I even emailed him more pictures of my truck and answered many questions, but as soon as he mentioned Paypal, I knew something was up.

Thank goodness I searched and found this site!!

So I figured the least I could do is warn others about this clown.

Here is his last email where he mentions Paypal. One thing I noticed is that his English is actually fairly good, unlike some of the others I read about on here.

Thanks for the pics, I will be glad if you can send me your registered email with paypal so as for me to complete the payment at once, and there is something i need you to be aware of, i just received an email from my carrier company that will be in charge of the pick up of the vehicle.

I was told that i needed to pay them their shipment fee which is $1300 before they could proceed with the pick up and the only form of payment they require is western union which I don't have access to right now because i am offshore and due to the nature of my job.

This is the only form of payment they required. I don't know if it would be okay by you, if i include the carrier charges in the fund that would be sent to you, So upon the receipt of the total funds, you will send the additional funds of $1300 via any nearest western union outlet,

Let me know if this is okay with you and i will proceed with the payment as soon as i receive your registered email with paypal from you.

I received the same email.... Verbatim.

Amazing.. Same stuff but told him via email, no paypal. He sent me a check with directions to send to his courier $1400. I have the check but if I try to deposit it and it bounces, the bank will charge me $35. The ck is on a company in La Jolla Ca. What would you do?

I cant make or receive calls here due to the nature of my job as i am
offshore. I would have love to call but our satellite server has been
down which restrict our calls. Please bear with me as i'm willing to
buy. The shipping company will handle the title transfer, inspection
and pick up.

I received the same email. It reeked of a scam.


Thanks for the info and your time and its really nice to read back from you, i just wanted to make sure nothing is been left out. Payment will be sent using PayPal and i will handle the PayPal surcharge as well. I will arrange with a shipping company to have this picked up at your location once i have paid as i am out of town at the moment. In the meantime,can you send me more pictures (if available)?
