Iphone 5 scam on Ebay and Gumtree

I just got stung by a scammer who asked me to pay for an Iphone by bank transfer, he took my money, that was on Gumtree, more fool me for falling for it.

So I went onto Ebay to buy one there, same deal only I paid by Paypal, she told me she was having issues with her paypal account andwanted me to pay into her bank account, she then cancelled the sale.

She had no problem contacting Paypal to cancel the sale.

Don't use bank transfer for any purchase
