ImmobilienScout24.de Portal 419 Military Scam

Hello!
I was approached by a scammer in response to a paid advertisement I placed on the German property portal ImmobilienScout24.de. I got suspicious straight away and challenged the scammer to be explicit. Judging by what I just read, both the scam and the scammer's hunting ground are 'favourites'.
Can you please let me know
(a) whether there is a way to get the guy 'blacklisted'?!?
(b) whether I have exposed myself to any fraud merely by having published my full name, residential address and phone numbers - all required data on the ImmobilienScout24.de website?!?

We don't shut down free email addresses used by scammers, but your post will help the next possible victim realize that it's a scam. He is not American but West African, judging by his writing.

We do shut down domains registered by scammers. Did he mention any website?

Just putting your name, address, and phone number does not expose you to fraud. It does expose you to attempts at fraud, but as long as you know what to look for, you're safe.

NO, HE DIDN'T MENTION A WEBSITE - AND HAS NO EXCUSE TO GET IN TOUCH AGAIN WITH THIS STORYLINE: I REPLIED THAT I "WASN'T INTERESTED".
CONSIDERING THAT IT TOOK ME LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES TO FIND ANOTHER USER OF YOUR FORUM WHO WAS SCAMMED IN RELATION TO AN ADVERTISEMENT ON THE IMMOBILIENSCOUT24.DE PORTAL, I WILL LATER TODAY WRITE TO THEM. IT SEEMS RATHER UNNECESSARY THAT ADDRESSES AND PHONE NUMBERS ARE PUBLISHED BY DEFAULT. ALSO, A WARNING ON THEIR PART MAY BE IN ORDER.

No website like that should post your information by default, particularly your phone number. We do encourage people to open separate email addresses, with a minimum of personal information, for use in buying or selling online, so that you don't have to worry about it being published. You can do that easily with email addresses, but phone numbers cannot easily be changed and definitely should not be published without your explicit consent.

I'm not a user myself, but I know that users have reported that Craigslist has moved to a messaging system that does not reveal email addresses, which seems very logical. They also have scam warnings clearly posted.

At a minimum, I would expect any reputable classified/sales site to
a) protect users' privacy
b) have some kind of posted warning
c) have a mechanism to easily report fraudulent users or ads for investigation
