I would certainly stay clear of it.
Domain Name: ITDIGITALSTORE.COM

Registration Date of the 19 th March 2013 and the site expiration date is shown as 19 th of March 2014. The registration is for the bare 12 month minimum.
And yet this is what's stated on said website: A worldwide online electronics mall itDigitalStore® operates an e-commerce platform for manufacturers to sell their products directly to the world. We started in 2010
I don't mean to be a wet blanket, but may I suggest you purchase from a reputable local store? That way if the product fails, at least any warranty can easily be resolved. And your money stays within the local community :D

Your use of this Website and any purchase by you of any Item from itDigitalStore® shall be governed by Greath Britan law and you hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greath Britan courts.

This is both legally incorrect, incorrectly spelled and rather bizarre for a website with a contact address in Poland.

Why would a Polish website be written in English ?

They didn't even bother to create convincing company address. The post code they include is based in Wroclaw (not Warsaw) and it's a hotel....

Like second hand cars - always look under the bonnet. With websites look at the T & C's which will be written by a competent trained legal person who will have a clue, and be able to spell. This is laughable.

Any actions arising out of products purchased through the Website shall be decided by the federal courts of Greath Britan.

Websites set up for scamming are immediately recognisable against those those set up for genuine commerce.

It's amusing to note that the comedians who built the website read this forum

We may assume that they don't speak Polish, and clearly they don't speak English either. :=)

A Polish website selling goods subject to Polish law and legal jurisdiction would be written to appeal to the Polish market - that is, written in Polish.

English is the preferred language of scammers as it appeals to the largest number of victims. Trouble is that not all scammers are very good at it.

Perhaps they'd also like to tidy up their means of payment mentioned here.

Payment can be made by using all major credit and debit cards through the Click Bank Secure ePayments tool.

Unfortunately Click Bank isn't a bank and doesn't offer payment services except those mentioned here - to affiliates - as their business is affiliate marketing

You'll note that Poland isn't on the list of countries covered. :=)

You enter your card details at your own peril to a website that can't properly explain how it handles them.
