There is no such thing as Ebay Financial Department. The scammer will send some fake instructions pretending to be from Ebay. The scammer will then tell you that you need to pay via Western Union or Money Gram. He will lie to you and say you have a fews days to inspect the Motorcycle if you do not like it Ebay will refund your money. Ebay is not holding your money for safe keeping. The scammer has your money and you will never see it again.

You either log into Ebay buy a vehicle following their rules. Or, you buy from Craigslist, Gumtree or another Ad. In the latter cases meet the person face to face and conduct the transaction with cash.

Please take a few moments and read my email carefully, I know it is long, but because I received too many offers, I will explain all the details about the transaction. The bike is located in Great Falls MT (i just moved there with my new job) is at the shipping company ready to be sent to any location anywhere in the US, like i told you I'll like to use eBay purchase protection because is safe for both, let me tell you how it work:
1. Buyer, seller reach an agreement (price and delivery conditions)
2. Buyer sends money to eBay.
3. eBay confirms to seller that the amount has been received.
4. Seller performs the required services (shipping, insurance).
5. Buyer accepts delivery and informs eBay about the acceptance.
6. eBay releases the money to seller.
As you can see, you will receive the bike BEFORE any money is released to me. You will get the chance to inspect it, test drive it and everything you like while your money is still safely held in eBay's account. ONLY after you confirm to eBay that you agree with the bike, they will release the money to me.
If, for some reason, you disagree with the bike (I assure you that is NOT going to happen since my bike is in IMMACULATE condition) it will be shipped back to me on MY EXPENSE and eBay will send you your money back.

I got a letter from eBay saying that they have sent you the invoice for the bike. Can you please check your email for the invoice? It may occur that your e-mail doesn't support HTML language. So please check your spam messages too, the invoice may have ended there because of the ever increasing filters of the e-mails nowadays. Just wanted to be sure, that you received it and if you understood how to complete the payment and how to confirm it. All the documents, including owner's manual, clear title and bill of sale will be provided along with the bike. Please let me know if you have received this message.
